生物資訊 の 冒險記趣 — a 14-day introduction to RNA-seq analysis
A 14-part tutorial series I wrote in 2019 for the 11th iThome Ironman challenge, aimed at biology students meeting the command line for the first time. It walks from “why bioinformatics” all the way to a differential-expression result — terminal, Anaconda, Python, fetching SRA data, QC, assembly, annotation, alignment, quantification, and edgeR.
The series is written in Traditional Chinese. These 14 days are the core RNA-seq pipeline, archived here from my older site. The code and tools date to 2019, so treat versions and commands as historical. The original was a 30-day run for the iThome Ironman challenge — the remaining days live on the original iThome series.
